Modest and fairly clean hotel; the rooms are cheap. The location is good and magnificent, the check in is early. The property is in a pretty nice area. Walking to Omonoia subway station takes about 5 minutes.

The view from the room balcony overlooking Omonia Square was decent, providing some entertainment with the city vibe below. The air conditioning unit actually worked well, a real gem when the summer heat hits.
This place seriously struggled with cleanliness. There was a constant, unpleasant smell in the halls, possibly linked to the piles of old furniture cluttering the stairways. The condition of the bathroom was less than ideal-mould was a constant companion, and the lack of a shower curtain meant the floor turned into a mini swimming pool every time. The furniture in the room looked like it hadn't had a buddy since the '60s, and there were signs of wear and tear throughout. I also discovered that the Wi-Fi just didn't want to cooperate, made staying connected a chore. All in all, if you're looking for a cozy retreat, you might want to look elsewhere.

This hotel is what you expect from a 2 star. The location is very convenient to the metro but offers little else. Easy to step on metro and go anywhere in Athens. Staff very friendly, room clean and basic. Breakfast good. Excellent value for money.
TV remote not working. Fridge not working.

Friendly staff who managed some English and helpful about info on places to visit and access to same by local transport. Allowed me to stay few hours beyond normal check-out time. Could be considered when on a budget or for a short stay.
Situated on a busy square , very noisy and no fan or aircondition facilities. Small rooms could be very hot and stuffy, quite uncomfortable. To avoid during Summer.

The large balcony offers a decent view of the surroundings, especially when you're on the sixth floor. Rooms are generally clean, and the air conditioning functions well.
The decor is trapped in the 60s with questionable color choices, while the thin walls let you hear every conversation from neighboring rooms. Bedding sometimes shows signs of wear, and the lack of safety deposit boxes adds to the concerns about security.
